The fun, supportive environment of our drama classes is the perfect place to develop acting skills for on and offstage. Drama participation enhances self-esteem, communication skills, concentration, discipline, diction, voice projection, vocal variation, body movement, cooperation and teamwork, all which are skills that can be of use in everyday life.

Students have the opportunity to participate in several plays throught the year, as well as EDTA examinations and festivals. Students must wear all black (no skirts).

Our drama students have appeared on television in 'Home and Away' and
'All Saints', on television commercials, in short films and in productions
at the Balgownie Amateur Theatre, Illawarra Performing Arts Centre,
Roo
Theatre, Arcadians Theatre Group, Wollongong Town Hall, Sutherland
School of Arts and Wollongong Botanic gardens.
